Natalie Roberts has more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She joined Saxony Partners in 2018 as a senior consultant.
“The first time I spoke with people from Saxony, I was impressed by their positive leadership,” Roberts said. “They have a positive culture, a healthy work environment – and they don’t mind taking risks.”
That’s true – but there was hardly any risk in welcoming Natalie into the Saxony family. After a stint in the United States Air Force – where she served as a data systems analyst – Natalie completed her undergraduate education, and then earned both a graduate and a doctoral degree. She spent the next decade and a half working with large healthcare organizations – non-profits, for-profits, federal government, providers, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. In that time, she accumulated direct experience in medical coding, medical billing, credentialing, claim adjustments, EMR, federal regulations, HIPAA – and we’re really just covering the tip of the iceberg.
So, why Saxony Partners?
“I think Saxony has an opportunity to be really innovative in the healthcare arena,” Natalie says. “In healthcare, companies are seeking partners that value privacy, strive to conduct their business with integrity, and hold themselves to the highest standards of ethical behavior with regard to data. And that’s who we are at Saxony Partners.”
Natalie combines her passion for the healthcare industry with an outstanding work ethic and infectious positivity. When she’s not problem solving on behalf of our clients, you’ll probably find Natalie at a concert or a play – she attends a lot of theatre productions. She’s a traveler. And she’s a fan of TV Westerns.
Natalie was featured in our International Women’s Day blog series earlier this year. Read more about how she broke through tech’s glass ceiling.
